Meet the founders of Bold Moves
TANIA DIGGORY, Startup Mentor and ENTREPRENEUR
I'm passionate about supporting the mental health and wellbeing of entrepreneurs. I founded Calmer to help women and men create a fulfilling, healthy and balanced lifestyle around their startup ventures. I've grown my company from running local classes to producing international projects, involving creative direction, developing partnerships, fundraising and managing large teams of people. My experiences have led me to write my first book,
This Is Calmer, to help entrepreneurs find a Calmer approach to managing their wellbeing while running a business. I'm here to give you the support and guidance you need - you're not alone on this exciting journey.
MARY FENWICK, EXECUTIVE COACH AND JOURNALIST
I take coaching techniques developed for the City of London, and offer them to women and men who want to make the world a better place. That can mean social enterprise, not-for-profit, the civil service, academia or politics. I’ve worked with women and men in public life in countries including the UK, New Zealand, India, Tibet, Libya, and the Democratic Republic of Congo. Part of my perspective is understanding what it takes to stand up and be counted, from my own work as a journalist, not-for-profit leader, and public speaker. My biggest live audience so far is 8000 and I also write a monthly column as an agony aunt for Psychologies Magazine. My experience is at your service.

The Canvas Café
