Tania Diggory, Founder of Calmer
As an entrepreneur, Business NLP Practitioner, Mental Health Trainer and Mindfulness Teacher, Tania is passionate about reducing the impact of burnout and stress on entrepreneurs, freelancers and business teams. Author of This Is Calmer: Inspiration, support and encouragement for the entrepreneurial mind and a regular contributor to Psychologies Magazine, Tania delivers training courses, workshops and 1:1 sessions to support entrepreneurs and business teams to balance their mental wellbeing with business success.
As a Calmer Community member, Tania will guide you through a selection of audio meditations and affirmations, as well as breathwork videos, to help reduce overwhelm and enable a calm and focused mind.
Valerie Teh, Yoga & Breathwork Teacher
Valerie began to understand the possibilities of self-care and personal transformation through mindful movement and breath when it helped her through the loss of her father. Seeking to deepen her knowledge in these fields, she has studied with world-renowned yoga and breathwork master Max Strom, and is also trained in Aerial Yoga, Mandala Vinyasa and Yin Yoga. Providing an authentic and supportive learning environment, Valerie’s passion for teaching stems from a desire to help others help themselves, supporting them to reach their full potential.
As a Calmer Community member, Valerie will take you through a range of audio meditations, as well as breathwork and yoga videos to enhance your wellbeing - in mind, body and spirit.
Anna Clifford, Yoga & Meditation Teacher
Hailing from Bermuda, Anna is a professional dancer who discovered yoga at the age of 13. Over the years, her love of yoga blossomed until she completed her 200RYT with Yoga Alliance at Good Vibes, London. Her classes are focused on Restortive Yoga and Vinyasa Flow, with options to challenge you so you can find satisfaction and balance from the practice. She believes in teaching truth and is especially interested in the power of breathwork. Anna is passionate about sharing the wholesomeness of self-acceptance and positivity with her students, so that you leave her sessions feeling alive and grounded.
As a Calmer Community member, Anna will guide you through audio meditations as well as Restorative Yoga sequences, to provide confidence, balance and calm.
