Calmer is a prevention-based mental health training organisation, and does not provide urgent, medical or clinical support. Should you feel you are at immediate risk of harming yourself or others, please contact emergency services without delay.

Immediate mental health support

If you are struggling to cope, we hope the resources on this page can help you.
Above all else, please know that you are not alone.

In the UK, the numbers to call for emergency services are 999 or 112.

If you are outside the UK, CheckPoint and United for Global Mental Health have directories for local helplines and resources around the world. The World Health Organisation also has a number of valuable resources.

At Calmer, we are mindful of the many challenges and difficulties that are faced by our community, friends and those we love. It’s so important that everyone has the opportunity to access the support they need, as each and every one of us deserves inner happiness and peace.

We hope that our free resources, including an extensive blog, wide-ranging podcast and our award-winning burnout-prevention course, The Reignite Project, can go some way to support you; however, we also recognise that you may need more urgent care and attention. With this in mind, we have put together this suite of recommended professional resources that are set up to provide immediate mental health support for those in need.
