Announcing: Good Mental Health festival

Calmer and Psychreg are delighted to announce the launch of the Good Mental Health festival 2020!

Preceding World Mental Health Day, this one-day digital festival brings together positive mental health talks, presentations and workshops from leaders in the field of mental health and psychology.

Focusing on the positives of checking in with your mental health, the festival will enable you to identify how to nurture your mental health and wellbeing, thrive in your work, and all aspects of your life.

What is the Good Mental Health festival?

Good Mental Health festival is a one-day digital event focused on sharing a positive way to approach mental health, from the standpoint of nurture and openness about our experiences, all from a place of balance.

There is still a strong need to release the stigma attached to mental health, placing more emphasis on the positive side as well as what it means for our mental health to fluctuate.

Good Mental Health has been designed to explore a broad range of perspectives, identifying how to nurture your mental wellbeing as professionals so you can thrive in your work, and all aspects of your life.

Featuring world-renowned leaders in the field of mental health, business development, psychology and the creative industries, this one day event is being launched with a full day pass for only £20.
